Modern doomsayers have been predicting climate and environmental disaster since the 1960s. They continue to do so today.
None of the apocalyptic predictions with due dates as of today have come true.
What follows is a collection of notably wild predictions from notable people in government and science.
More than merely spotlighting the failed predictions, this collection shows that the makers of failed apocalyptic predictions often are individuals holding respected positions in government and science.
While such predictions have been and continue to be enthusiastically reported by a media eager for sensational headlines, the failures are typically not revisited.
My Gift To Climate Alarmists
This is my most concise expose of climate fraud. Please pass it around to everyone you know and your elected officials. The video is short, but cuts right to the heart of the matter.

1. If you are suffering alone with anxiety and depression you must find community
God doesn’t want you to suffer in silence. He doesn’t want you to suffer at all. The moment you admit your hurt God can begin the healing process, but first you have to be willing to take down the wall you’re hiding behind.
You cannot find relief from this on your own. Connecting with God through time, prayer and scripture combined with pastoral care, counseling and community will help relieve the burden.

2. The church can to be a support to those in need of hope simply by acknowledging the issue
Mental health isn’t just a personal issue. It’s a spiritual issue and the church must be available to support people struggling with anxiety and depression. If the church is to be a hope in the world to those who feel hopeless more must done to remove the stigma of depression. It shouldn’t take a ton of effort. Simply acknowledging the issue and being available with love and support can save lives.

3. There are responses to avoid when someone opens up to you about their inner struggles
When a person with depression admits what he’s feeling inside, he’s sharing what is 100% truth to him and looking for a safe place to be heard.
Don’t question, downplay or minimize someone’s personal feelings and never assume suicidal thoughts aren’t serious. Sometimes all the person needs in that moment is someone to listen and affirm that he is loved and his life matters.
What’s a Pastor?
The design of God for all of us is to be “co-morphed” into his Son’s very image. I call this Christoformity, a slightly more accurate expression than “Christlikeness.” Conformity to Christ, co-morphing into Christ is Christoformity.
If this is God’s design for us, then this is absolutely the design of the pastoral calling. Pastors first and foremost are called to pastor people toward Christoformity. This theme shapes all eight chapters in Pastor Paul. I develop these themes: friendship, siblings, generosity, storytellers, witness, world subversion, and wisdom.
All as instances of the theme of pastors as culture makers, as those who nurture a culture of Christoformity.
So, two big ideas: pastors pastor people, and pastors pastor people by nurturing Christoformity.
A Note on Tuesdays Elections
The US media coverage of the Israeli election has misrepresented the results of Tuesday’s vote. This isn’t necessarily deliberate. Israeli elections are inscrutable for most foreigners, particularly for Americans who are used to the clarity of the presidential system and two-party system.
Here are a few of basic facts about how the vote has gone, and where Israel is likely to go in the days and weeks ahead.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu did not lose and his challenger, former IDF chief of general staff and Blue and White faction chief Benny Gantz did not win. Despite the fact that Blue and White won 33 seats in the 120-seat Knesset to Likud’s 31 seats, Gantz cannot form a government under any circumstances. He cannot build a majority coalition.
Wednesday Netanyahu assembled the heads of all the right wing and religious parties that form the basis for Likud-led governing coalitions. The factions unified into one right-wing bloc and agreed on principles for future coalition talks. They agreed to conduct coalition talks as a bloc, under Netanyahu’s leadership. By forming this 55-member bloc, Netanyahu created a situation where he is the only possible prime minister. Either the Blue and White Party — or one of its three factions — joins him, or Amir Peretz and Orly Levy bring the Labor party in, or Israel goes to new elections. Those are the only options.

Nathan and his wife — I’ll call her “Emma” — live in New York City. When I was in the city this week, I went to see them. I write what follows with Nathan’s permission.
Emma has completed the formal Catholic process to have a ritual exorcism (this, as distinct from the deliverance prayers that the exorcist had been saying over her, to limited effect). Part of that process was a psychiatric evaluation by a psychiatrist, to rule out mental illness or any other natural cause for this behavior. She passed that. I want to emphasize this: she has been formally examined by a psychiatrist, who has certified that there is no known medical or natural cause for the things that she is suffering, and that manifest themselves through her. They are still waiting on the cardinal’s approval. In the Catholic Church, no formal ritual exorcism can happen without express permission of the local bishop — which, in this case, is the cardinal.
