Where’s the variety in the church?

Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit;
I Corinthians 12:4

There are 9 spiritual gifts mentioned in the Corinthian letters and perhaps the healing gift itself can be multi-faceted, because Paul uses the language “gifts of healings” in 1 Corinthians 12:30 (NASB). But in how many churches or gatherings of believers do we get to experience a variety of spiritual gifts functioning in the people? How much fun would it be if many different kinds of gifts of the Spirit were allowed to be expressed in meetings?
